Shipping Policy
We currently deliver across India. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation, and delivered within 5–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

From My account → Orders. Pick a reason and attach photos if the item is damaged.
We review quickly
Most requests are reviewed within 1–2 business days, and you'll hear from us on WhatsApp or email.
Free pickup
We cover the return shipping — you never pay to send an item back.
Refund or replacement
Refunds go back to your original payment method; replacements are dispatched once we receive the item.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or not as described, attach clear photos of the item and packaging when you request the return — or send them to us on WhatsApp — so we can approve it quickly.
Return shipping is covered by The Craft Lab. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, please refer to our return process instead.
Privacy Policy
We collect the personal information you provide at checkout (name, phone, email, shipping address) solely to process and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
If you consent at checkout, we may also use your contact details to follow up about items left in your cart, or to share order and product updates. You can opt out of this at any time by contacting care@thecraftlab.co.in.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Payment processing is handled securely by Razorpay; we do not store your card or payment details on our own servers.
Terms & Conditions
By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. All product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided in good faith; minor variations in natural wood grain and tone between the product you receive and photographs are expected and are not considered defects.
